I get the following message:
An error occurred during installation of the device
Access is denied

while attempting to install an HP Photosmart 7760 printer.

Notes (before ya ask):
* I am an administrator of the XPP box
* I've turned off the XP Driver Validation in Hardware
* I've tried turning off all startups using msconfig

I'm starting to run out of thoughts.
