"Access is denied" error with ZoneLabs Integrity Agent

For VPN access to my company from home, we use Cisco client 4.6. As
well, I'm required to have ZoneLabs Integrity Agent
(TrueVector/vsmon.exe service) installed on my computer (XP Pro) so
they can enforce security policy on their network. That's fine.
It's their network.

The TrueVector service is set to start automatically. I only use the
VPN infrequently, and I already have NIS installed, so I would like to
have the service startup set to manual so I can start it as need, when
I want to use VPN. The problem is, when I try to set the service's
startup type to manual using XP's Administrative Tools/Services, I
get the error "Access is denied". I'm do this as administrator,
so I should be able to change the startup type, but can't.

Any idea's?
