"Access Denied" Error Message

A few of my media files that used to play perfectly fine
before, they now won't play in either Winamp or Windows
Media Player. I can't even rename them or delete them; I
get this message that says:

Cannot delete filename: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and
that the file is not currently in use.

I have no idea what could have happened. Microsoft says
that to resolve this conflict, I have to "ask the
administrator to grant the necessary permissions" but I
*AM* the administrator of this computer. If anyone can
help me out, I'd be greatly obliged. My e-mail is
(E-Mail Removed) and I thank you very much!

Thank you SO much for your help... For some reason, that
still didn't work, though.
