I'm in my Administrator account,
And when I double-click on the drives do they give me this error:

....Except I'm not really denied access.
I can still type the drives "C:/" or "D:/" in the address bar and it will
work fine.

Here's a screenshot of the right click menu of the drive:

Those two mysterious, gibberish options that have somehow appeared at the
top also give me the same error. How do I get rid of them?

If right click and press "Open" there is no problem.
But I'm always denied when accessing via a direct shortcut, or direct
clicking, or via those two gibberish options.

How exactly do I fix this?
It seemed to me like malware, but I scanned with several scanners and found
nothing. I am very confused.
