Hi,

Recently I have found a problem, no software in my computer is running,
neither ms-office, nero or any other software. I tried to uninstall but it
could not be uninstalled because of lack of permission though I have logged
in as administrator. I cannot install any software too because of lack of
permission.

I have no clue what and why this has happened suddenly. I did a virus scan
and found no virus on system.

Kindly, reply as soon as possible.

Are any errors recorded in the Event Log? Which XP version are you
running? Check the permissions on the Programs folder.
