Is ther any easy way to set up a Data base so that when
inputing data in a form, if the same information has
already been entered previously a note pops up so inputer
can review if it is the same information? This pertains
to an Access database designed for incident reporting.

There are many things you can do with Access to show information that is
already in the database. My first question is "how would you want to
determine if the _same_ information has been entered previously"? I suspect
if you and I were reporting the same incident, the words might be quite
different.
