Access Database Export trying to convert into Oracle

I'm exporting an Access database to a .csv file. This part works very well.
Another person in our office needs to take that file and convert into Oracle.
I believe they are trying to map a comma delimited file as a "External
Table". Trouble occurs when some of our access database fields extend past
2000 characters. Which there are more than several that do. Then the
conversion blows up. Do you have any suggestions for us? Is there something
out there that will allow this conversion to work for those fields over 2000
characters?
