Access database corruption/timeouts with wireless connectivity

Hello,

I am trying to query large amounts of data from an Access database on
my wireless LAN. I keep on getting errors such as "table cannot be
found" or "table does not exist" or "disk error". It seems there is a
connectivity issue with databases. I have no such problems with Word
and Excel files over the wireless LAN.

I am using Linksys wireless G adapters and a Linksys wireless G router.

Does anyone have any ideas or is wirelessly querying databases not a
good thing to do?

Thanks in advance
H

If other users have forms or reports open at the same time then youu could
have locking issues. If the network is flaky Access will lose its legs. Try
running the query when workers have gone home, or copy (import to fresh
database) the tables to your workstation and attempt to run the query from
there. Have you recently compacted the database ?
