yeah take a couple classes and go out and buy a copy of Dreamweaver.

MS is too stupid and unfocused to ever make a decent web-development
IDE.

Visual Interdev?

Frontpage?
ROFL
Visual Studio?
ROFL

MS sucks balls at web development IDE.

For intranet you can use the built-in functionality of the Data Access Page:

You can also use ASP pages, ASP.NET pages, and ColdFusion.
