I am being prevented from accessing just about any web
site by an Access Contorl list. my connection is OK
because I can ping my SP and I can also access secure
websites. the message I get is as follows
FORBIDDEN
Access denied by Access control list.

I cannot find this list anywhere, can anyone help?
