I'm trying to decide wether to use Microsoft Content Manager or FrontPage for
a company website.

Does FrontPage offer the possibility for limiting content-provider access to
only certain pages on the website? Does it offer the possibility of an
content approval process?

YES
- thru roles and permissions (and subwebs)

Does it offer the possibility of an content approval process?
NO - but you can have all users work only in a "staging" web and then give a "manager" the permissions to publish to the
"production" server web from the staging web
