I am trying to open a recently downloaded program and keep getting the
message "Microsoft Access cannot start because there is no license for it on
this machine". First of all I don't have Access on my computer (I am running
Office 2003 Student and Teacher edition). I have tried the fixes regarding
the Hatten font and it didn't work. Any suggestions???

What is the downloaded program? Was it Access? Was it a database?

Sounds ore like the "program" is a database application. So without Acess
"the program" will never run.

The program is a database program, however I have contacted the software
creator and been assured that I do not need Access to run the program.
