You have not secured the database properly. Have you read
the Access Security FAQ? If not, then I *strongly* recommend you go to
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=207793 where you can download it or read it
on line. It clearly spells out all the steps you need to take.
Especially read section 32, which explains your situation.
