access-based enumeration doesn't work

's Computer Specifications

on the windows 2003 server service pack 2 , I installed abe but users who
don't have rights to folders under the shared folder can still see
everything. Can you please help

Are the users administrator on the said server ... coz ABE does not works for admin users
