access autofill/ lookup

HI
i am pretty new to all this and have quite a simple (I hope) problem with my access database, I would like to, when i fill in a resource 10 digit number in one box, auto fill the next box with the product name that corresponds to that resource number, this seems a lot more complicated than in excell and i have no VBA experience to fall back on. i have created a table with both sets of data ready to 'dip' into. any help would be much appreciated.
