How can I make a list of e-mails in access and share it with outlook (as a
distribution list).

My first thought was to look up a solution with VBScript. I know there are script-monkeys
out there that do all kind of Outlook stuff with this subset of VBA. If it works there, it will
work from Access. A quick groups-google search revealed a couple of posts on the subject.
