Maybe I'm just dreaming but I'm wondering if: Quickbooks customers could be
exported to a contact folder in Outlook. If yes, then could the "call
journal" in Outlook be merged with a customized Access form/report that
already exists, so that a "hybrid" report would be created ( I certainly do
not need the "How" - I don't get paid enough as it is!)

Yes -- Quickbooks customers can be exported to a contact folder in
Outlook. Of course, once this is done, then the "call
journal" in Outlook can be merged with a customized Access form/report
that already exists.

The solution is a customized application that will do the import. Go
to www.e-tech.ca to get it done.
