1. do you use a PDA? Have any applications that use Outlook data? (Including
Vista sidebar gadgets)
2. What type of acct? how often do you have it checking mail? (Ctrl+Alt+S)
Set it for 10 min or greater.

4. See #1 above. If you check task manager, outlook is probably still
running.
Have you installed SP1 yet? If not, do so.
