That is such a vague question that I don't think anyone can truly answer with
certainty. Apparently there is something in your database that may be basing
the dates on 2007 (hard coded) or something like it and that is causing you
issues.
Without a whole lot more information it would be very difficult to say,
without actually seeing it, what is causing the problem.
You may need to get an Access developer in, under contract, to take care of
the problem if you don't have anyone knowledeable to help.
