Access 97 MSI on Access 2K Machine

Hello,
I have packaged Access 97 in an msi format to run on
Machines that have Access 2000 installed and deployed the
Access 97 msi to all machines.
I followed the mode of installing from Technet and it
installs successfully and the two co-exist but there seems
to be an issue with wizard registry settings because after
installing these two,the link excel wizard in both cnat
work.Can someone help out.
