Access 97 to 2000 conversion problem

I have converted a 97 .MDB to 2000, and there was no VBA
code at all. The macro that does not work, has over 360
transferdata steps, each is a transfer of a report that
runs from a query and sent through email. I must keep
running it in 97, because it stops without any errors
after the first one in 2000. I have completely re-
written the macro within 2000, and it still does not work.
HELP !!!
