Access 2010 file i/o for PDFs

I'm opening a big text file into access (with the Open command in VBA). From
the big text file I create a bunch of little text files (with the Print [to
file] command). Is there some functionality in Access 2010 that will let me
output the data to a PDF?

Can I use functions in one of the PDF libraries?

Should I just find some utility that will convert the little text files to
PDF?
