Access 2010 connecting to SQL 2008

Access 2010 will now connect to SQL 2008 and allow updates....but the
nvarchar(max) fields will not save using Access 2010 (it shows as a field
size of 0 and gives an error and the Data Field Descriptions cannot be
changed in 2010 and will not save using Access 2010

If it doesn't work with nvarchar(max), try with ntext.
