Oh, I conceive that ...
I think if you depress and release the Alt key (or F10), you should get
the answer near the name of the concerned ribbon, and then the command.
Nevertheless, this supposes two more steps, and one more to go to a
state for which the keyboard shortcut exists on two places, as form and
datasheet in French, that both are pointed by F. You can gain one step
by remembering the shortcut for the good ribbon, and depressing it
directly with the Alt key. I presume it could be possible to write some
code that does it with one key combination, but I presume this is not
the answer you waited for.

You could be interested by typing "keyboard shortcut" in the search
field of the help window. I saw there that you can switch between
maximize and restore for the current form by Ctrl F10. In fact, that was
the case to maximize, but to restore, I had to type alt - (alt minus),
and then use the shortcut in the menu that appears.

Alt - is the shortcut for the system menu for the document, this is the
general vocabulary for Windows MDI, in this context it is a form. Alt
space is the shortcut for the system menu for the application. With
dropdown menus you could switch between both with the horizontal moving
keys, with the ribbons it does not seem to be the case.

As you see only my first paragraph answers your question, but I presume
enlarging the question can be of interest.
