Access 2007 - Mail Merge with Word 2007

Hi,
I have a macro using runapp to open a word dotm mail merge file. What I want is to be able to open a specific record in the mail merge.

If I am on a specific record in access when I click the button to open the mail merge document I want it to open on the record I am currently in in access.

How do I make this work?
