I had an Access 2000 program with workgrops that I recently converted to
2007. The user requires Security, so I have been learning SQL Server 2008
Express. I am using SQL Server Authentication to logon to SSE. I have
linked the Access program to the tables on SSE. When I open the Access
program, it doesn’t open a logon as I had expected. How can I use the SSE
security in my Access program? Do I have to use an Access Project? I read
that Projects don’t integrate with other programs, such as Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007. I need to be able to do this. The user also requires
Replication and Run Times.
Thanks

I was also wondering; can an Access Front End Database obtain the Login name
and Role from SQL Server?
