To all,

This may be a stupid question, but I have to ask it. I have used the Access
97 Upsize wizard in the past to upsize an Access 97 back end to Microsoft SQL
Server 7. It worked pretty good, except it changed table names and field
names within those tables. (Removed spaces, dashes, etc and substitued
underscores.) Of course this meant I had to edit the Access front end to
correct those changed object names.

I recently used the Access 2003 upsize wizard to upsize an Access 2003 data
back end to SQL Server 2000, but lo and behold, it didn't have the same
problems! It appears that I now have a SQL database in which table names
with spaces are allowed! Field names with spaces are also allowed! It
appears that there are some items in the Access 2003 front end that I will
need to edit, but to no where near the same magnitude. What am I missing?
Is that normal?
