Access 2003 truncating data using ODBC import

I have Access reports that bring in data from Lotus notes via ODBC. In
Access 97, I get 250 characters per field imported through ODBC link tables.
With Access 2003, using the same ODBC driver and databases, Access truncates
the fields at 200 characters. I need the rest of these fields - any idea how
to fix?
