Access 2003 Switchboard Manager

On the switchboard default page OptionLabel6 is configured to go to a
sub-switchboard page. Nothing happens when I try it. The other 7
OptionLabels work fine calling up forms or reports. The "Go To
Switchboard" doesn't work.

All of the field values in the Switchboard Items table seem to be
correct.

Has anyone run across this problem before and/or know a solution?
