A user has started incountering an "OpenForm action was cancelled"
message on all of her access files. She does not get this error when
she logs in in Safe Mode and opens the same files. Also, she does
not get this error when she logs in the the computer with a
different user. The computer is running Windows XP and Office 2003
is fully patched. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Thanks,

Jeff

Guessing only: Does she use any anti-virus software?

For example: There have been posts that Norton AV prevent Access from
running properly and the NAV Office plug-in has to be disabled for Access to
work properly.

It turns out, this was a printer issue. A printer was deleted that
had several documents stuck in the queue. Of course, Windows never
was able to get rid of the printer. And I assume the stuck documents
were Access docs. Stopping the spooler service resulted in the file
opening properly. Starting it back up caused the same error. When I
deleted the printer that was in "deleting" state, the problem went
away.
