access 2003 runtime with sp2

i need to deploy Ms Access 2003 runtime with sp2.

so, i made a Slipstreaming SP2 installation of Office 2003. with this batch :

Then, i install ACCESSRT.MSI on as PC.

Ms ACCESS RT has not been patched.

Can anyone help me ?
