As for Access database itself (FE and BE) most likely, nothing need to do
other than install Access2003. If you do use *.mde/*.ade format as FE,
though, you have to change the file format to Access2003 format before you
can make *.mde/*.ade file, and the *.mde/*.ade file will not be opened by
Access2000. So, if you have mixed Access2000 and Access2003 users, you will
want to stay with Access2000 format, and if you want to use *.mde/*.ade, you
create them with Access2000, not Access2003.
