I have multiple Reports in Access that I convert to PDF and email out to
mulitple people in my company. The problem I am having is that alot of
people are complaining that they can NOT open up the .pdf files. They
are getting a "Error opening file / Error reading Document Error 14" I
am up to version 7.0.9 in Adobe and believe I have all updates with access.
I have detected/repair with both acrobat and access. I have alost compacted
the databases. It would also appear that this is just a access/acrobat
problem.
Adobe worked great with word/excel

This bug is driving me crazy. People that have the problems are up to
acrobat reader 7.0.8. I'm just short of reinstalling both access and acrobat.

I would appreciate any feedback if possible.

Neal

Sounds to me like an Acrobat problem. I convert lots of Access reports to
pdf without any problem, but I don't use anything as swanky as Acrobat, the
totally free CutePDF does it for me (Google it).
