ok, I messed up somewhere.
I created a database and though I set the permissions and workgroups
correctly. However, I do not have access to my database, just the form to
fill out. (like my users should) It is a very simple database. no
relations, etc.
How do I get back into my database?

You start over with the backup you saved before you applied any permissions.
