I have Access 2002 asking for a Password and Username but the database it is
opening is not passworded nor does it have any security on it. I tried to
open another database that is also not passworded and I get the same box
popping up requesting password and username.

How do I get this box to stop popping up?

The userid and password does not really have much to do with the database.
It is part of the workgroup. Either switch to a workgroup without a
password, or enter the password and then go to the security feature in the
tools mane and clear the password for the next time you open Access.
