Access 2000 - Scrolling to records within a form

I am using forms to capture data but the users having found the cliemt they
are in then "happen" to use the scroll function on the mouse thus changing
the record they are in, they don't realise and evertything becomes a mess.
How do I disable the scroll function in the form or in the data fields?
