Access 2000 and SQL Server 2000 connection string

Hi ,

I have Access 2000 and SQL Server 2000 on my PC.
I am trying to connect an Access database to SQL Server 2000(local) using
VBA code.
I am having trouble with the connection string,I dont know the correct
syntax,

objConnSQL.ConnectionString = ??????

can anyone help me with this?
