Access 2000 ADP Custom Menu Not Working

Hi,

I have about 50 users running a distributed application (ade files),
and just one user where my custom menus do not work. The built in menus
work fine, but not my custom ones. He can see the title, but when he
clicks on it the submenu commands are not there.

any ideas?
