I don't seem to be able to use IP addresses to specify the server to connect
to, either. I've tried this directly from C and I get error 53 (network
path not found), when I call WNetEnumResource() to try to get the list of
shares on the server. It looks like the WNet calls are assuming NetBIOS
names and won't accept anything lower-level...
