Hi,

When a Requestor submits an invitation to me to provide Remote Assistance,
is it possible for me to accept the invitation and take control of the
requestor's computer without him being at his computer? Or does he have to
acknowledge my actions? Thanks.

Remote "Assistance".
The requestor has to be there to accept your attempt to assist - or it
really is not assistance.

If you need something else - use Remote Desktop or a third-party utility
like "UltraVNC".
