Accepting an Appointment

I have a user that sends out appointments to a group of individuals where
most can accept the appointment whether they are on Outlook 2003 or Outlook
2000. However, 1 user on Outlook 2000 is unable to accept the appointments.

Any ideas?

After furious head scratching, DrYauney asked:
