I receive a meeting invite and I accept and the organizer receives the acceptance, but it does not transfer to my calendar. Does anyone know why this happens?

Thanks.

No, I do not use Outlook Web Access. It turns out that the accepted meetings were showing up on the calendar in my personal folder and not the main calendar. This is still a major problem for me, though and would love any feedback

Thanks

It sounds like your "Delivery Location" on your
email account is your PST.

What version of Outlook do you use?
Do you connect to an Exchange Server?

I am using Outlook 2003 and I do connect to an Exchange server. This (personal calendar problem) seems to be a recent development, so I am not sure what would have changed.

Open the Tools menu
Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts"
Click NEXT >

At the bottom of the E-MAIL ACCOUNTS page
is a box that shows "Deliver new e-mail to
the following location:"

This should be MAILBOX - CLIENTS NAME
(The Exchange account, Not a PST)

The account was already set up just like that, and the meetings are still going to the personal calendar. Any other ideas? I do appreciate your continued help

Thanks

Open Outlook
Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS
On the PREFERENCES tab click the
E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Remove the check mark next to "In folders other than the
inbox, save replies with original message"

Let me know if this button was on. If so, did this fix it?

The check box was already unchecked

I noticed that any meeting invites that stay in my inbox go to the main calendar (correct action) while all invites that get sent to personal folders via rules/alerts show up on the personal calendar (incorrect)

Should I try to uninstall/reinstall Office 2003? Would that even help

I am afraid I am out of thoughts. You may want to post
this again including all the information about what you
have tried so far.
