Hi everyone,

Here is my problem

I have an executive assistant who wants her outlook setup so that when the executive she keeps tabs on accepts a meeting invitation it also copies that accepted meeting to her local outlook calendar. So that she doesn't double book on her local calendar if she forgets to look at the executives shared calendar. Now she says that one of the other executive assistants at one of our companies other locations has her outlook setup this way. I think i may just have to go on the executives calendar and share it to her as publishing editor? I'm not quite sure :? , if anyone has set someone up this way or knows a solution that would be very helpful!!

Thanks in advance to any replies,
Fernando
