Hi,

I have created a form using FP2003 and would like to add an 'Acceptance'
button, whereby if the button is not checked, the form cannot be submitted.
Can I do this using either dropdowns, option buttons or check boxes?

Better to use a field where the user would have to type in a word, such as YES, as this would
eliminate the box being accidentally checked, etc. You can do the validation via FP Form Field
Validation, however you will also need to use server-side validation for users that have JavaScript
disabled.
