Accept meeting response form unavailable

I have Outlook 2003 and I am getting the error 'form not available' when I
accept meeting requests. I have checked the mail folder properties and the
forms are available there, however in calendar mode I cannot add new
appointments or meetings to. I cannot find any window where I add forms to
the calendar so I am stuck. Please help! Thank you in advance for everyones
time.
