Hi,
I just read that you have to use CTRL + ' and then the
letter to have a result. Same goes with all the accent.
For ^ you need to do CTRL + Shift + 6 and then the letter
For tremas do CTRL + Shift + : and then the letter.
This is for Windows 2000 and XP
