I received a accdb file but I only have Access 2003 on the computer. How can
I open it?

You can't.

The .accdb format did not exist when A2003 was written. You'll need to get the
sender, or someone who has 2007, convert it to 2000/2002 format. You'll lose
any 2007 specific features. Alternatively you can download the free 2007
Runtime, if you just want to use the database rather than making design
changes to it.
