Could someone tell me what it is ? what it does ? and why it is needed?

Hidserv.dll Winnls.dll User32.dll and vbscript.dll

I would appreciate if anyone can help me out or at least point me in the
direction I can get these answers from. I try to look on google and yahoo but
no success. I appreciate it.

user32.dll is a module that contains Windows API functions related the Windows user
interface (Window handling, basic UI functions, and so forth).

vbscript.dll is a module that contains application programming interface (API) functions
for VBScript.

hidserv.dll - HID Audio Service - Microsoft Corporation belonging to Microsoft® Windows®
Operating System

The winnls.dll library is a core component of the Windows IME (Input Method Editors).

it is listed but alot of them don't answer the question that I am looking for?
