my laptop computer's AC power led is on but not on the
normal condition; in the blinking state with red color.

Yesterday when i turn it off its floppy led was on but
today the above state has come to my laptop

the AC power is on every time line off with DC and AC
power and my system doesn't start.

any soloution any one please!

You didn't even mention which laptop you have.

Did the laptop come with a manual?
