Absolute tinyest web browser?

Can somebody please tell me their experiences with the world's tinyest
web browsers? I am looking for a single file executable, no need for
any other adjunct files (although it may want to make something of its
own to use later).

I am aware of several zipped packages under 200KB, but these won't do.
I want the single executable that is ready-to-work. Further .. it MUST
NOT depend on any kind of MS engine. It must be self-sufficient. It
must be useable on any Windows computer without complications.

Thanks so much

OB1 fits on a floppy and is independent of other browsers:

Holy Mackerel !! Where did THIS come from?

I crunched it with free ASPack to something like 98K.

Doesn't appear to have anything to do with MSIE engine.

Amazing! Even lets me into sites that Firefox can't such as IE
designed sites.

Seems to support Java too.

How does he do it?

Its an IE-based browser. I think that the program is designed with a
horrible UI.

Here's another one.

i jini
http://ijini.batcave.net/
http://www.all4you.dk/FreewareWorld/...age=38&cat=012
i jini is one of the smallest web browser to surf 9 web site at a time
with without openning so many windows on desktop,it's autobuttons
function enables you to jump between the web pages by just clicking
them, it is having two surfing mode Auto and Manual you can use the
mode according to your need ,other features like topmost window will
avoid poping net promos and adds. So it will give silent and private
environment to surf on web. And also resume your session by susing save
session and open session.
I jini comes with the 30 skin color. So you can select your color for
the browser.
